Great store! This is the best place for kids clothes and maternity clothes. And I have built my library on a lot of the books. The new flooring is nice and they changed the layout a bit but it works well! And now they’re open earlier!
I go here often for various things. And usually it's great. The store is well run and well organized. The employees are helpful and friendly. However, today I was shopping, and found a good processor on good working order. I took it with me to look for a book while my daughter tried on some shorts for her school gym class. I put the food processor on the top of the book case and was intently looking for a specific book. I didn't find the book I was looking for, and when I went to grab the food processor I intended to buy, it was gone. Shame on whomever took it!
This Deseret Industries always has a good selection of whatever I’m looking for. Their employees are what make this store so great. I’ve included a photo of Ashley. This past week I went in and Ashley was the one who helped me. She was so kind and took a genuine interest in the questions I had. She is representative of the many wonderful employees I’ve interacted with over the years when I’ve gone to this location. Keep up the good work!
You can get great deals on clothing and other items at a fraction of the cost. Also a great place to find things like costume idea and items for fun DYI projects. 😊 …
Super cheap and great finds if you are willing to look for them! Workers always super friendly. Very heavily Mormon, so don’t be surprised if you see 50+ Jesus prints around. Huge clothing section and awesome home items back warehouse.
Me, my wife and my granddaughter came here Saturday mid-afternoon and almost had a hard time finding a place to park. Inside, all the cash registers were operating with a small line of waiting customers down the west main aisle. Our purpose was to find something to put a microwave on and perhaps have some sort of storage. We found the perfect cabinet/shelf with doors! We also bought a little bicycle with training wheels for our granddaughter.
I used to work for the D.I. 3 years in the past a yt? old building and new building I know how thesr D.I stores work ~ Prices are to high / they should have later hours past 6 pm / they throw away alot of good stuff that is sellable in the compactor in the back REDGY / the employees I worked with in the past should not have been hired do due to there mental health reasons / store floor is clean
